What is ensoulment?
In Ensoulment Coaching, soul health is a practical skillset. How loud is your soul’s voice in your daily life? Do you know how to maintain your soul’s vibrancy, yes, even in this political environment? Is it kind of pissed at you because you keep shoving it in the background?
We use creative activities to tap into body-soul wisdom. I bring in frameworks and language that lend clarity and form to soul development experiences. Whereas traditional therapy might view your big changes as challenges to be overcome, we view big changes as initiations to be learned from. Ensoulment coaching was created by my mentor Cynthia Winton-Henry, founder of InterPlay. Of course I bring all of my tools to our sessions, including my years working in leadership development, Jewish mysticism, grassroots intersectional activism, and queer freak magic.

As a spiritual director, I offer “sneaky deep” companionship on the soul’s journey. With 15 years as a facilitator and life-cycle ritualist, I’ve built a treasure trove of tools, frameworks and practices, but the most important discipline I bring to my clients is attuned loving presence. Jewish Spiritual Leadership: I have been leading vibrant queer, trans, unapologetically Palestine-loving Jewish communities for 10+ years, am a co-founder of Shehechiyanu Queer Jewish Time School, and am currently studying for rabbinic ordination with Shomeret Shalom Jewish Nonviolence Collective.
