What is spiritual accompaniment aka spiritual direction aka soul friendship??
Wikipedia says “Spiritual accompaniment, also known as spiritual direction or soul friendship, is a one-on-one relationship where a trained individual provides support and guidance to another person on their spiritual journey.” Some might call it coaching, counseling or accompaniment. None of these terms are fabulous. But at the end of the day, this is a helping profession led by people with expertise in creating safe containers that encourage spiritual growth.
What is ensoulment?
Ensoulment refers to the life of your soul. I think of it as soul wellness - how loudly can you hear your own soul, how integrated is it with your other body/mind systems, and how strong is it's leadership in your daily life. Ensoulment coaching was created by my mentor Cynthia Winton-Henry. In sessions we use creative activities to tap into body-soul wisdom. I bring in frameworks and language that lend clarity and form to soul development experiences.

What is the structure of Seven?
“Seven” consists of seven 75 minute sessions, scheduled as you like within the 3(ish) month season of the program. The current Seven program runs January 5th - March 20th.
What is tuition for Seven?
$117 per session, aka $819 total. A $117 deposit is required to hold your spot, which also goes towards your final session. In other words, once you’ve sent in your deposit you’ve also paid for your seventh 1:1 with me.

As a spiritual director, I offer “sneaky deep” companionship on the soul’s journey. With 15 years as a facilitator and life-cycle ritualist, I’ve built a veritable treasure trove of tools, frameworks and practices, but the most important discipline I bring to my clients is attuned loving presence. Jewish Spiritual Leadership: I have been leading vibrant queer, trans, unapologetically Palestine-loving Jewish communities for 10+ years, am a co-founder of Shehechiyanu Queer Jewish Time School, and am currently studying for rabbinic ordination with Shomeret Shalom Jewish Nonviolence Collective.
What if I want to continue working with Annie-Rose after the Seven program?
After completing Seven you are welcome to continue scheduling with me however you like, including one-offs and future Seven programs.
Is there a sliding scale option?
I am working to be able to offer a sliding scale option in the future, however at this time I cannot do so. Don’t worry, we’re getting there! But because this is a new offering it needs more time to get established before I can run the numbers and see how much sliding scale/scholarships I can realistically afford.
